Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Production: items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days and can take up to 10 business days, especially during busy periods or for embroidered items.
• Delivery: after production, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
• Total time: most orders arrive within about 5–15 business days of ordering. In busy periods it can take up to about 18 business days.
• Rates: shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
• Multiple items may ship separately, from different print facilities.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
