These terms apply to purchases from the CK TRADER PRO merch store, operated by CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as CK TRADER PRO. By ordering, you agree to these terms, our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
- Products. Items are printed on demand. Colors and placement can vary slightly from on-screen images, and that isn't considered a defect. Merchandise is apparel and accessories only. Buying merchandise doesn't include any membership, coaching, education or trading service.
- No financial advice. Nothing in this store, including product designs or slogans, is investment, trading or financial advice, or a promise of any result.
- Orders and pricing. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund any payment for it. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
- Shipping and risk. Orders ship to US addresses only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.
- Intellectual property. All designs, logos and the CK TRADER PRO name belong to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use.
- Disclaimer. Except as stated in our Refund and Return Policy and as required by law, products are provided "as is," without other warranties.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Governing law. Delaware law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
